Chanich Or Not?
Just to clarify and translate: Teacher is to Student as Advisor/Counselor is to Chanich.
Now that that's clear. I work with high school teens. Does this make all high school teens potential chanichim whether or not they participate in the organization i work with? Should i treat them all as if they are? Act as an advisor towards them? What about past chanichim? Once a chanich always a chanich?

there's always more. This was prompted by a convo with a fellow madrich who is younger then most of my US chanichim
